The Uncommon Meal is continuing the exploration of Collaborative Dinners where you are invited to create community, connection and fun by hosting a dinner party at your home with your friends using our curated menu.
The idea of a Collaborative Dinner event comes from the simple idea of celebrating a Chef together with others who enjoy the art of cooking. We appreciate the pure taste of each ingredient and delight in the beauty of plating the combination of flavors and textures.
For the upcoming August Collaborative Dinner we have chosen Jamie Oliver as the “Chef of Connection”. The Chef of Connection is a fancy way of saying we are using that Chef’s cookbook around which to connect by curating recipes, having discussions, sharing and tasting dishes. The Uncommon Meal will curate recipes from Jamie Oliver’s cookbook jamie’s kitchen for the August 7th, 2022 Collaborative Dinner. People who love to cook, are open to exploring cooking or are simply supportive of our collaborative dinner idea will ‘connect’ virtually via the idea. We will post the curated recipes here to share, with you and others, and we invite you to create a dinner ‘together/apart’ where ever you are. Pick something from the chosen recipes to host your own Collaborative Dinner in your own home.
